when i pick up an xbox360 i'll prob pick up the hd-dvd add on for cheap followed by hd-dvds of the last samurai serenity planet earf transformers etc. so i should be covered

don't patents expire in like 20ish years? if the patent in question was obtained in 1959 seems like she's around 30 years late...

you can renew them but you have to be using it and actively defending it. so she'll prob lose unless she's been quietly suing everyone all along and actually using the tech

There is a piracy problem on PSP. We know about it we know how it’s done. It sometimes fuels the growth of hardware sales but on balance we are not happy about it.
