I don't think that it is too stupid. Many cities have laws for just this sort of thing. Anyone remember 1979 The Who concert in Cincinnati?

Speaking of libertarianism I did alittle research and here are a few of the things I have to agree to:
1) legal prohibitions on drug use gambling and prostitution check
2) down with the FDA
3) opposed to all anti-pornography laws but leave in place some laws to protect minors check
4) the draft should be prohibited as "involuntary solitude" 1/2 check

So I think that I can deal with the 134 but I need to do more research on the FDA.
Quick someone convince me the FDA is crap
