I also dislike the Kroger brand swabs. There's cotton on both ends but the stick is made of flimsy plastic- it's like trying to clean your ears with a cotton ball attached to a wet noodle. Sometimes you just have to go name brand to get it right.

from those scores it looks like they all suck AT&T is just slightly worse. i've had at&t/cingular for a number of years now and i've never had much to complain about - definitely disliked sprint a lot more but i suppose it's been a while since i was with them.
