It feels very similar to using ad-blocking browser plugins. I can't say that the internet feels any snappier, but that's mostly because my internet is hellafast to begin with.

ok i got a pihole, one thing i'm trying to do is make it as simple as possible to disable it for X seconds, in the dashboard, when I view the source the clickable link to disable for 30 secs is <a href="#" id="pihole-disable-30s">

is there a way to translate that click to a hyperlink? i tried <a href="https://the_ip_lol/admin/#" id="pihole-disable-30s"> but that doesn't work, like i'm imagining a shortcut on my android screen that i click that's effectively that link and i'm disabled for 30 secs, trying to make it as easy as possible for barbie

or there's a ssh command pihole disable 60s – Disable PiHole for 1 min

is there a putty type android app that will allow me to do that with 1 click?

Do any of you sit a lot for your job? Teaching from home has meant that i now spend most of my day sitting at my computer and its killing my back. Any suggestions?

I have a sit-stand desk that I switch between configurations throughout the day. It's nice to mix things up, but it's not enough.. I should take more breaks and short walks..

The version I linked to is just the legs -- I had an existing desk that I cannibalized the top from.

Get a good office chair, probably with lumbar support.  I have a Herman Miller, similar to the one linked.  I bought mine used from some random dude that repairs them for around $300.  Anyhow, a good chair will go along way in helping keep your back healthy.  The sit-stand desk is a good option too, though i haven't made that investment yet.
