I'm hoping soon Drew will get around to posting a mission report about Friday . . . Anyway ITT we can report specific missions in which our above qualities shine though such as fetching Milford or going to jail or fighting people twice our size . . .

if there's a recent story about a twice-your-size fight i'd sure like to hear it. but if that's in reference to number 3 then yeah that was a good time.

Mission Report
10/7/2006 1300-2330 hrs (All times are approximate)
Locations: Marietta Atlanta Hiram
Phase I
1300: Arrived at Oregon Park. Proceeded to play disc golf. Operatives include Mike Steven Shawn Mr. Pope and Drew.
1330: Effectively defended onslaught of church invitations from Foster Family. Foster Family believes we are all heathens. Consensus is this is acceptable.
1430: Primary objective sighted. Preliminary intel reports a female who is "good from far" playing disc golf by herself. Drew is selected for recon to ascertain the "far from good" contigency. Secondary objective specified: converse with the female. Tertiary objective: invite her to play with the group.
1438: Optimal location for recon and conversing is found. Tee box for hole 3 and hole 4 run parallel but opposite directions. Drew observes PO driving to her left - towards hole 4's fairway. Drew drives to his left - towards hole 3's fairway.
1441: Drew and PO meet retrieving their drives. "Far from good" contigency eliminated. Drew engages PO in conversation. Information obtained include she has played disc golf before she has not played lately she is about to leave for work and will be unable to join. PO specifies it is a 20 minute drive. Drew realizes more information will be required for successful completion of the mission and continues conversing. PO specifies she works at the Hooters in and unknown town. He remembers it has an "R" in it. PO leaves while saying she may see us again on the DG course.
1600: Disc golf concluded. Consensus is to attack while defenses are lacking provided the location of the unknown Hooters is found. Drew asserts that as a future civil servant he has an unspoken obligation to become involved with the type of women who work at Hooters.
Primary Objective: Incomplete pending further action
Secondary Objective: Completed
Tertiary Objective: Failed
Phase II
1700: Intelligence reports the interweb showing a Hooters in Hiram GA. Drew claims this is the only possible one because he would have remembered any other towns of the other Hooters listed in the vicinity. Specified Hooters is approximately a 20 minute drive from Oregon Park. Operatives for Phase II include Steven Mike and Drew.
1815: Voltron added as operative.
1900: Voltron removed as operative. Rally point: Beth's apartment 2000 hours.
2000: Mike's ETA: 2100
2100: Departure. Intel provides directions which are complicated at best. Primary Objective: Locate Phase I PO. Secondary Objective: PO will join group for disc golf.
2130: Progress is slow. Problems include going in circles one-lane bridges inexplicably going north and changed road names. Mike and Drew are extremely wary of sirens.
2200: Arrival at Hooters. Camaro effectively blends with indigenous population. Team is seated at a booth. Intelligence is unable to determine if PO is present and is unable to visualize PO with more makeup and a Hooters uniform.
2210: Assigned waitress arrives. Engaged in small-talk. Mike clarifies the team is looking for someone who works here that plays disc golf. Watiress specifies that she plays disc golf and proceeds to recognize Drew. (Note: Drew realizes that while the goatee may not be attractive it is recognizable).
Primary Objective: Completed
2225: Food order is placed. Foods include a cheeseburger for Drew and 50 wings between Mike and Steven. Waitress claims never to have seen 50 wings consumed at once. Waitress leaves to place food order. Secondary objective upgraded to primary objective.
2230: Team decides to make a bet in which the consumption of the 50 wings will be placed against the waitress' participation in a round of disc golf.
2240: Food arrives. Waitress agrees to terms of bet adding the curly fries must be completed as well. Secondary Objective: Eat the food. Waitress continues to converse with the team. Intel gathered includes name age school area of study and future plans.
2320: Food is eaten. Collateral damage anticipated.
2325: Waitress concurs that the food has been eaten and agrees to play disc golf at an unspecified time. Team acquires phone number and provides phone number and email. Final intel reports she has a boyfriend. Assesment is "No Problem".
2335: Departure to various locales.

OK New situation. I forced arif into an highly awkward situation the details of which are up to him to post. However some background checking showed that Molly Clark 2nd year biology (20 is NOT too young cause well that's how old V is) is a big braves fan fam person and actually not generally stuck up in spite of being as other more objective people are allowed to say darned cute. The last mention of a guy which took place about 3 days ago involved a 'creepy stalker guy' named Brian who called her 12 times in one day! Providing a MUCH better explaination I think as to why she seemed so averse to giving out her number. Anyway I give her the two thumbs up in terms of quality enough for my friend Arif and not snooty and not currently taken although she did list clay aiken in her list of favorite artists : / (although shawshank was one of her fav movies . . . maybe it balances out). So let's all encourage arif to give it one last stalk I MEAN shot before she drifts into some nerdy tech guy's arms ;-)

Well it just so happens that those nerdy tech guy's arms will actually be mine. ; ) I've decided to wait a few days to even look her up but thanks for the briefing Mike. What would I do without you guys? :O (I was doing a google image search of my name to find something appropriate for "where i'd be without you guys" instead I stumbled upon this! So the Hooters thing wasn't really working for me I decided to go to the opposite side of the spectrum. I took the librarian out to dinner last night. I started to leave from the library when I was like wtf just ask her. I had to call Arif for backup finding her. Turns out it was the apts I was already at Greenwood or whatever. I wore the legendary shirt I entrusted to Mike on his first date with V. I hereby make it available to any 409ers taking a chick out for the first time. She's here now and can monitor what I'm doing on the computer. Maybe she'll be around for the Wiikend. I'll keep you posted.
