when we were there nov 2006 we went to the grocery and had to hand carry our products back to the hostel with us. i saw no bags and was afraid to ask. i'm guessing the locals were cackling behind our backs.
yeah ireland is harsh but china doesn't halfass things.

I had no idea about the garbage patch. I learn something every day on the 409. Although admittedly it's usually related to sexual deviance or drug smuggling grandmas.
