That's awesome. We played some Catan with my parents this weekend it was pretty fun. Dad only got to play once before he headed home (had to work today) but Mom Rachel and I played an encore game last night. Mom ended up taking the longest road from me and it was a pretty close game up until the end when Rachel achieved the largest army and revealed her THREE victory point D-cards. madness.

Internet people say Fibbage is fun it's on xb1/ps4/Amazon stick thingy you have to guess the right answer between made up ones from the other payers every player needs a smartphone or tablet

And I was right about upping the difficulty for legendary we got wrecked a couple times but got a chance to rev up the team when things got going

Love Letter: Amanda and I have been playing it regular. Pretty simple setup and games each last about 2 min so gameplay is pretty fast.

i just got Love Letter: Batman for my early birthday so shawn we should have a game night and just feel out if we want to play with parents alive or parents dead

i guess it to Barbie seemed like the perfect gift for us since we're into games and i'm sending her love letters with Batman stamps so it's right up our alley

Yeah that game is legit especially for us since Amanda is not (yet) the gamer type and it has short rounds. I need to get Ticket to Ride because she has played that and enjoyed it.

Ticket to Ride is awesome. We bought the Europe version and enjoy it much more.

catalog update mostly pirates version!

Dread Pirate - Players 2-4 Play time 1 hour Medium learning curve

Haven't played this one yet but it looks cool and Barbie found it for like $3 at a thrift store sail around doing pirate business

Libertalia - Players 2-6 Play time 45 min Medium learning curve

More pirate stuff but you mostly just use your deck of carrrrds to decide which member of your crew to send to plunder the ship

7 Wonders - Players 2-7 Play time 45 min Medium learning curve

Not really pirate related kind of like Civilization lite but Barbie keeps beating me and there's not even any nukes in the game
