I am starting this thread to discuss new restaurants/bars that people go to in and around Atlanta.

First reviewed: Zaya - 4.5/5. Mediterranean style place located in Inman park. Cool atmosphere and the food was delicious. Slightly on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.

I highly recommend Two Urban Licks. It might be expensive (I don't really remember) but it was really good. A little trendy but good quality food. And their menu changes on a pretty regular basis so it's a different experience each time.

Swinging Richards - 3.5/5

More succulent sausage than you can shake a stick at. Service was very attentive but somewhat hostile to the ladies in the dining party.

Two other restaurants that I visited recently in Atlanta were Noodle (4/5) on Peachtree. It is similar to Tin Drum but better atmosphere and food and just a little more expensive.

Also Noche in the Highlands is a nice tapas place (4.5/5). It is a nice place with good margaritas. Good place for a date.

Michael and I went to La Tavola. It's in the Highlands next to Noche. It was real expensive but a great date place and great food. It's owned by the same people as South City Kitchen which is another good restaurant.

while we are discussing virginia highlands options. murphy's is right across the street from noche. it is a bit expensive but it has good food(with a changing menu) and the desserts are awesome. they also have a really good wine list and they have wine tasting nights every tuesday.

Hey V what was the name of that steakhouse where Mike got happy in the pants? I vaguely remember it sounding like "Howe's".
