I kind of got a job today. I'm an independent contractor managing a project for my Uncle's fabricating company. He's paying me more than I made at CTI and I get to work from home. The job's in Minneapolis but I can manage it from here. Pretty cool.

No promotion with a weak raise but it's retroactive to Sept so I'll get a lump sum payment on Dec 22 yeay! Hooray for "bonus" money I didn't know I had!

Got a separate holiday bonus! :D The lump sum was to account for a change in our performance year.
