Very nice. I'm not a huge metal guy (Matt what was the name of Wetzelberger's band?). If you guys ever play in Atlanta 409 will have to show up.

We aren't metal. This is my band. I gave up touring when I joined the military so I don't know if you'll see a live act any time soon. But I still write and record music and had big plans for my next album. That is why they will have to change their name.

i can't divulge the settlement amount. its a decent chunk. i haven't signed the agreement nor seen it yet. but im pretty sure i am not ceeding my rights to the name just allowing them to use it. but that also doesn't seem right. i'll let you know when i see it.

well it is the industry standard and it came with the eleven rack which is a pretty sweet peice of gear. together they cost as much as pro tools usually does on its own. just too good of a deal to pass on
