Dude Surface is pretty sweet! We saw a demo of the what the code looks like when I was down in FTL unfortunately they didn't have an actual Surface device but it's relatively easy to write code for it.
It's so badass you can put optical tags on the bottom of devices and the system recognizes them. So you can put your camera down on the screen and the pictures on the camera just pop out onto the screen and you can spin the pics around and resize them. Then you can place a smart phone on the surface and just drag pics onto it. :O

The only problem is the devices cost 10k right now and the form factor is absurd but it has a lot of potential.
