I guess I'm down. Sleep is for the weak. Maybe Tim will be able to attend the later movie too (he was going to come but he got last minute business dinner plans).

Due Date: Saw a commercial for this on a TV at Applebees that was on mute looked at who was in it and decided I needed to see it. You're probably going to go in thinking it will be a Hangover clone. It is a shenanigans movie but not quite as well done. Some good laughs but it lacks subtlety and plausibility in some points. 3 out of 5 car doors. Also bonus points to me for noticing the scene where they're leaving the airport they're actually driving back towards the airport.

If there is one thing that can be said about SKYLINE it is that it is never boring. Instead it is consistently terrible throughout. The theater erupted into fits of explosive laughter at a number of inappropriate moments – up to and including the ending. Easily one of the most entertaining terrible movies in recent memory this stands toe to toe with films like THE CORE THE COVENANT STREET FIGHTER: THE LEGEND OF CHUN LI and IN THE NAME OF THE KING as among one of the best experiences I’ve had watching an otherwise unwatchable film. With the right amount of beer and the right collection of friends I expect this film will prove to be positively epic. But it is never good; just unintentionally funny.
