Trust me Matt has baked with a very experienced baker. He however couldn't handle it. And Drew's right. (I'm Rachel by the way)

The thing I dont like about experienced bakers is that they tend to be too loose in the kitchen. on the other hand young/less experienced bakers are more uptight in the kitchen area.

What about experienced bakers that make sure to not let things get loose? And what's your definition of loose anyway?

As long as the baker keeps control and has a good grip on the situation nothing. i would say a baker is too loose when there are safety hazards in the kitchen

These aren't going to be ordinary cookies! These are going to be Hanukah cookies! I talked to my Jewish friend David and he told me he makes Christmas cookies.
This year the icing will be blue and white apposed to redwhite and green!

Erin I would suggest making cookies in the shape of a cross then add the blue and white icing. But I would like to somehow get one of the Hanukah cookies.

Nice to meet you too when are you coming up here? I haven't heard much about you but that's mostly because I don't live over there any more and I never see Drew. He must be hiding in his room talking to you :-).
