When in the hell did Shawn get engaged?!?! Nobody tells us anything!

yeah I didn't hear about it until I was at matt and rachel's.  I guess our grapevine is rather sparse so news doesn't travel very fast.  I only "hear" what happens to be on my facebook news feed when I'm on.

Yah and I don't think Shawn's on Facebook anymore. That's the whole point of having 409! We gotta keep up with each other. We should start a "life updates" thread.

yeah there isn't much activity on 409 these days.  It was nice catching up with Mike the other day though.  It's good to know that he's doing research now and will have nights and weekends to do stuff.  G?  haha.  Kind of a bummer to hear about your "permanent summertime".  Hopefully you find something better though.

nothing really new from me.  Traveling to Philly for work now.  My flight got canceled last thursday because of hurricane arthur so I had to spend 4th of july weekend by my lonesome.  I tried meeting up with steph but they were too busy doing family stuff...Anyways I went to the event at Ben Franklin Parkway and saw nikki minoj aloe blacc ed sheeren and some others.  The fireworks were pretty cool.

How'd those burgers turn out?

When's the baby due again?  I'll be visiting Atlanta in August (like Aug 4-13 or something like that?).  I could maybe borrow a car from my parents and drive up to see you guys (and the house and baby if he's there).  When are you going Drew?

Yah my principal decided to grant me "permanent summer break".  Charter schools really only care about pass rates and he decided mine didn't look good enough.  Had a dream last night that I accidentally went to work anyways and it was super awkward.  Looking for something new right now.

We just moved to a new apartment/house.  Possibly working on getting a nice new pull out couch (a plan that was thrown off by the loss of job) in case anyone feels compelled to come visit for a weekend.  Summers are super nice here.  We've got a porch and a grill and sometimes there's nice festivals/activities on the weekends.

Due date is August 13 but depending on how things go at the doctor's this week we might get scheduled for a C-section sometime the week prior (depends on which way baby is pointing -- face down feet up that's the way we like to.. be born).

Boo on the job situation :( let me know if I should reinstate the substitute notifier.

Matt what are your thoughts on this Motorola write up even though it focuses mostly on mobility
