So far on netflix I've found 'party down' (Starz) to be funny and touching so give it a watch. Not quite arrested dev't funny but it's produced by Fred savage (who also produced Always Sunny) and it has a similar feel but less nihilistTo quote "just call me mrs butterworth bitch"
