I just made myself a little subversion repository on the media server which means I can commit to version control all kinds of files. This would include the likes of:
- my vimrc screenrc gdbinit and other nerdy things
- Source code for any number of personal programming projects
- The source code for any number of personal & community websites
That last item is probably the most interesting tidbit for this crowd. I plan on committing the src for the current and next version(s) of 409 to the repo so hopefully i'll have a better handle on organization and such. And now that i'll have a version of the code outside of the webhost it'll go more smoothly if (and when) I decide to move the site to another hosting company.
