so the braves have won 12 of their last 15 games to pull within 4 games of colorado in the wildcard. 10 games left - 7 against the nationals. looks like they're doing an excellent job of giving fans a glimmer of hope in bobby cox's penultimate season before throwing it all away.

So the run at the end comes to naught as the most recent loss to the marlins ends the chances at the wild card not really sure what next season will bring I guess that's been my main complaint the past few years just the apparent lack of over-arching strategy for the team we'll see what the new manager brings
