The other dude is Louis CK and his stuff is from quite earlier than Dane's. Check wikipedia's entry on Dane Cook (no need to hyperlink anymore. HEY Matt! If you get bored you should totally add a wikipedia search box over on the left above Google's! That shit would get some use i bet! :-D).

The little bit of Dane's new material I've heard has been extremely boring. and reading mike's wiki suggestion (which is more important than the test i have tomorrow - we need a 'the not studying' thread to go along with the not writing a paper) he sounds like an ass.
