I had not seen the mustache interpretation. I like it even more now.
He did reply -- he said it was the only request he'd gotten so far, but he would see what he could do. His initial auto-reply said he was moving house, so he's been (more) busy as of late.
Basically I'm not too optimistic that we'll see any official merchandise made available any time soon, if ever.
