What do you guys think about Free web hosting. the site i found is 00pro.com. Never heard of them. but one of my friends has his site there and im just wondering if you guys think its a good idea or if you think i might get screwd. they only offer it if you already own the domain name wich i do. i got this screen and need some help. thanks in advance guys. LATAZ!!!

you're going to have to log in to the place where you purchased your domain (godaddy?). From there you will see a menu of various things you can do with your domain; one of them will be to set up the name servers. that's what this hosting site is asking you to do.

Yeah i know all that matt. thank you for helping though. but what i was asking is do you think that this (free web hosting/this company) is a good idea.
p.s. shame on me I just NOW saw the background that so helpfully tells me what day it is just in case i woke up this mornring and didn't know. =)
