Not sure what my favorite part is. Maybe the old lady on the left staring to go ohhhhh or the young tramp rocking back and forth. But probably the sudden clamping of the victim's thumb as her nervous system goes WTF SHUTDOWN!!!

Initially my fav was the tramp but my vote is for the granny saying "oooohh..oooohh..ooooohh" and making a distinct cock-stroking motion. Stroke and squeeze the tip lol. Nicely done matt!

btw in mike's original post he conjectured that the "lol punch" scene was at a hospital.. the last time i saw the video online the context given was "after a PTA meeting." awesome.
