it appears the image server (read: shitty box in our apartment) is down. i dont know if it's because the apt's internet in general is borked or if i crashed it a few minutes ago whilest updating some source code. either way hopefully it will be happily back online before you can blink 6000 times.
edit: after doing some research about avg blink rates it appears that i've estimated 5 hours of downtime :-P
