Atlanta lawmakers finally getting around to closing tollbooth loophole
"People got into court and said 'Nope I wasn't in my car' and we had no recourse at that point" said Lisa Thompson a spokeswoman for the tollway authority.
"According to the tollway authority Larson or someone in four of his cars drove through the Ga. 400 toll lanes 519 times without paying racking up fees totaling $13234.50.
And he just went the extra mile among a long list of high-price toll violators the authority said. The next highest owes $8619. The next $6069."
