Well I'm doing just fine with my PS3 and 40" 1080p HDTV... though I heard 1080p doesn't make a diff and isn't noticeable until larger screens... like 50"+ or so...

as a professional in the field i would say the no difference until > 50" is pretty accurate
MDP if you are serious about being a 409er i would recommend reconsidering a ps3 purchase given sony's reputation here

That's awesome! I love Chrono Trigger and played it through so many times... I'm pretty sure I still have it laying around somewhere...

perhaps i shall refer you to my rendition of the end credits music (SuprMelO - Sambacross Time)
