A Christmas Miracle
Now that you guys are closing on PMC on the 21st I would be more inclined to do GaS on the 20th (Thursday night) since I won't be working on Friday. Then we can definitely have it at our house and I won't mind how late you stay :)
I think we're down for Tuesday or Thursday although Thursday may be better for us too. I thought you guys were leaving the 20th? Guess I forgot the date. GaS 2012!

holy shit dude I might close on a house on December 29th...contingent on the sale of PMC! The house finishes building on Christmas day...4 bed/2bath 1853 sq. ft. 2 car garage pond view huge kitchen with granite counter tops (same tops in bathrooms) stainless steal appliances (no fridge). Huge community pool and decent playground. Neighborhood has nice sidewalks on both sides throughout with a small walking trail. Cost: $179k. That's the price listed on MLS but the price the builders had at the office was $184k plus the value is supposed to go up $2k on Monday. Of course the MLS price will be honored. :O Cha-ching! I got approved for 3.5% interest rate maybe 3.25% if I go with an FHA. The best part it's 20 minutes from my sister's house! :D

So it turns that out when you buy stripper debt you also have to provide them room and board. So there's my room a game room matt's creeper guest room (hidden cams included) and Candy's room/office. I'm weening her off cocaine and meth; she vows to be clean by Christmas 2013!

I would love to do Whirleyball but that's obvious since it was my suggestion.
Didn't we up the limit to $25 last year? ... well it was $25 in '09 I think last year it was like $27.99 to account for inflation. We should up it to 29.99 but I don't really care.
I will be bringing all of the booze at PMC to the party. I don't want to take any of it with me to south florida except for the Woodford reserve that I won at the Derby party. People are welcome to take any left overs home. If there's anything left I'll take it to Stephen Tyler's party on the 22st. I'm sure they'll put it to good use.
