stays eligible academically or with respect to the nba? he's been considering entering the draft which is a terrible idea because he probably wouldn't be a first round pick

oh yah and they are starting work on an $8.5 million basketball practice facility. because the basketball team deserves it.

well crap...lawal has declared for the draft. though he isn't hiring an agent so he still has until mid-June to back out and stay in school. but if he's having academic problems i'm guessing he won't be inclined to come back

Lawal decided to pull out of the draft and come back to Tech for another year. we're going to be stacked talent-wise next year...though it probably still won't matter

anybody remember Clarence Moore (Mo)? he had dreads and was on the team that made the tournament run. apparently now he's the head coach at Kentucky State who we're playing today

we almost caught a break...hewitt got offered the head coaching job at st. john's but he turned it down.

Hewitt got fired they're demolishing the colliseum for some $4 million pavillion and no announcement for the new location but they won't play on campus until the 2012-13 season. Oh and we're not in the tourney.
