i think drew can relate. don't you hate when you write an awesome song but it has similar elements to another song you've written so you can't really use it?

oh snapz. i've know about these guys for a while now. but it seems like they are starting to take off. the problem is they didn't form until 2009. this page acts as proof of the creation of the name. i also release an album in 2007 which is listed on iTunes as being released on Jul 06 2007. i went one step futher and just registered the name and logo as a trademark. i used legal zoom and they had a package that includes cease and desist forms. it's about to go down!
