I vote for a road trip to a beach that seems the least expensive idea.

In response to Jacob's post Rachel is right isn't doesn't matter what tactics you employ I will win.
Location and Opinions:
California: I think that this might be too far to travel unless we fly which would be expensive. Unfortunately my sister is getting married the first Saturday of Spring break. This means that if I am going to go with you guys that we would have to leave Sunday or later which should give us plently of time to travel somewhere closer like...
The beach: This is cool. The only issue is that it can get boring sometimes. But we would make it interesting. Probably the cheapest option.
Washington DC: Just an idea that me and Kristine were thinking of. I think that it would be cool but it might not the type spring break people want.
Biloxi: I would like to gamble. Mike would enjoy the cheap hookers.
Japan: I am in.
Tijuana: enough said

I like the DC idea. And Anjuli said plans to go to California fell through so she wants to go to DC to see her cousin. However I am always in for Japan.

DC would be cool. I haven't been there in a long time. And it wouldn't be a big deal to wait a couple of days so Shawn can go. I would probably like to go home for the weekend before we left. My house is kinda on the way.

well i learned my lesson and I'm not doing the beach unless i got a woman by then so you can all listen to me moan all night long ;-) from the crab cakes . . .
and rachel you already missed our road trip to DC. i dont know how we could possibly top the last one.
In order for this our last spring break to be one of legends passed down from generation to generation one that will keep us together as friends even if it be in a tiny feces-reeking cell i must place my vote solidly for tijuana.

Guys... lest anyone forget... I'm already IN southern California. I probably wouldn't be able to put anybody up but I already know some cool clubs bars and beaches. If you want to go to Tijuana you're probably going to be going through San Diego anyway.

I just checked and my possible calendars don't really line up with GT's spring break. But all that means to you is that this has to be a kickass enough trip to justify skipping out for a week.
Been to DC before
Japan's expensive
Not really in the mood to go stay with any of Anjuli's relatives
California would be a hardcore drive
Beach sounds reasonable
TJ sounds interesting.
More ideas later
Edit: OMG 200th post Durka!

We could always bring it back to where we spent our first spring break...we should have a house by then...comments?

The only issue with going to Rachel's house is that we can always go to Rachel's house. This might be the last opportunity we have to spend a week together.
In response to Drew's post. Most of us have been to D.C. before but it would be cool with friends. Just like we have all been to the beach before but not together.
California would be enough of a hardcore drive that it would be cheaper to just fly out there. We could probably go anywhere in the Southeast in a one day's drive.
I got no problem going to the beach but there should be more then just the beach there.
I cast my vote solidly for Washington D.C. or a comparable large city. And we could hit the beach on the way up there.
